Jennifer is a personal trainer, health coach and Functional Diagnostic Practitioner and has helped well over 600 women realize their potential. Jennifer is known for helping women find solutions to their weight loss resistance where all other attempts have failed.  She has researched the most common reasons women don't meet their goals and then built a program based on the most successful methods that address issues related to physiology, nutrition skills and personal obstacles.  She is highly motivated to help women meet their goals by using methods that are safe, sustainable, educational and measurable so they never have to rely on a "diet" ever again.





Erin had been an orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapist for over 16 years.  Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for getting results when other approaches have been unsuccessful.  She uses techniques including Postural Restoration, Trigger Point Dry Needling, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and functional exercise to address not only clients symptoms, but to identify the root cause of the issue.  She is passionate about helping clients get and stay as active as they want to be regardless of whether their goal is to run a marathon or play with their grand kids.





Colleen is a licensed physical therapist in the State of North Carolina. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2004. She has gone above and beyond the standard physical therapy degree by obtaining several certifications and completing a residency giving her extensive training in the field of Women’s Health. She currently leads the Women’s Health Physical Therapy Program at Thrive Physical Therapy offering one-on-one customized treatment programs for each patient. As a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health, she takes an innovative approach in providing treatment for patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions, such as urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. She also works with patients who experience muscle and joint pain during and after pregnancy.

These sessions are NOT a beat down to make you feel out of shape; that is NOT the goal. These sessions are not only a testing ground for everyone but a chance to start those first steps from our Health Coaching and Goal Setting Session plan that we drafted together. As you may know, the hardest part is getting started, but once you start then that is where the magic begins to happen.

All workouts are customized for each member - this is NOT a group workout or a bootcamp workout.  We teach you how to train and avoid injuries.
