During these sessions, this is to give YOU a chance to see if we are the best fit for YOU. It takes us time to learn you , and it takes you time to get to know us but as you'll come to find out the more often we work together and the better understanding we gain on your body and mind we can then see HOW we need to get you from where are to where you want to go.
These sessions are NOT a beat down to make you feel out of shape; that is NOT the goal. These sessions are not only a testing ground for everyone but a chance to start those first steps from our Health Coaching and Goal Setting Session plan that we drafted together. As you may know, the hardest part is getting started, but once you start then that is where the magic begins to happen.
All workouts are customized for each member - this is NOT a group workout or a bootcamp workout. We teach you how to train and avoid injuries.
* Attend 2-4 Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions per week.
